You don’t run on willpower. Why does your business?

I design processes where ND brains are the architecture, not the exception.

For system builders drowning in their own creations.

Start with the calendar

One customizable system. No subscription to pay for or manage. It’s been my go-to for productivity and scheduling since 2023!

This system doesn’t treat everything like a priority, so you are in control of your focus areas.

The A-F Quick Start Guide is free, and it’s built to print if you’d rather have it on your desk than in a tab.

I found the A-F Calendar System in 2023 when the YouTube algorithm gawds were smiling down on me. Danielle Colada posted it (titled How to time-block when you have ADHD) and I watched it over and over. Been using it ever since. This guide is the shortcut: what the six categories are, how to start, and what I changed to work for me. It’s just as customizable for you when you get the swing of things.

A AppointmentsTimed, usually with other people
B BottleneckBlocking something else, which makes it the highest priority
C Critical to SuccessBecomes a bottleneck if ignored
D Daily RoutineThe things that keep you running
E ExtrasWorth knowing, no action needed
F Flexible IdealNot time sensitive. This should be the biggest pile

For the people the regular world wasn’t designed for, and the systems they have to run anyway

I know the cost of moving through life where nothing quite fits, and believing you’re the problem, when really it’s the design of the world around you. As a late-diagnosed AuDHDer, that’s not theory. That’s my life.

Running a business on that brain is the same problem with higher stakes. The systems everyone recommends assume, and demand, a consistency that few people truly have. They work for three weeks, until they don’t by week three, day 4. And you conclude you’re the one who’s deficient.

You’re not. The system was.

So design it around your brain and your energy patterns instead. Iterate when it needs it. Take a week off, come back, start fresh.

Recognition

Is this you?

  • Everything runs fine until the week you step away?
  • Late diagnosed and learning that nothing has changed but everything has changed?
  • Following advice that works for everyone else but never quite fits you?

You know something isn’t working, but not yet where. You’ve already tried fixing it yourself, more than once. What you want is a process that holds when you’re not holding it.

Working together

What I do

Process Design

You built something that worked, and now it only works when you’re the one running it. I take it apart, find where it actually breaks, and rebuild it around the brain that’s actually running it, so it holds without you propping it up.

Scoped as a defined piece of work with an agreed outcome, not an open-ended retainer. Starts with a short call to find out whether it’s a fit.

Visual Translation and Guides

Complex systems, processes, and products translated into clear, accessible, visual documentation that humans can actually use. For organizations that need their people to understand, not just comply.
